2 people arrested in Bandipora IED blast case
Srinagar. Jammu and Kashmir Police on Monday said that it has solved the recent powerful explosive device (IED) blast case in Bandipora district of the state and arrested two hybrid terrorists in this connection. Is. It is noteworthy that on October 27, an IED explosion took place between Alusa and Kenusa in Bandipora. The incident took place when an army vehicle was passing through the area. There was no casualty in this explosion.
Additional Inspector General of Police, Kashmir Vijay Kumar said that the Sopore Police has solved the IED blast case and arrested two hybrid terrorists in this connection. Kumar said that two hybrid terrorists named Irshad Ganai alias Shahid and Wasim Raja, residents of Kenusa, Bandipora, have been arrested. He said that two remote control IEDs including detonators have also been recovered from these people. He said that a case has been registered in this regard and investigation is going on. (talk)
