Bulletin after words, Congress told bulletin forbidding picketing as ‘Tughlaqi Farman’

New Delhi | Congress Vs BJP : The Congress and some opposition parties are continuously protesting against the proposed changes in Parliament. The latest case is related to a bulletin in which it has been said that dharna, strike and religious gatherings are prohibited in the Parliament premises. Opposing this bulletin issued from the Rajya Sabha Secretariat, he alleged that the government has now come up with a new Tughlaqi decree after bulldozing the parliamentary discourse with a new list of ‘unparliamentary’ words. It has been said in this bulletin that the Parliament House complex cannot be used for dharna, demonstration, strike, fast or religious functions.
