PF Interest: If interest money has not come in your account, then complain here immediately, money will come

PF Interest Rate: On behalf of the Central Government, the employed people are given the facility of interest on the PF account. If the interest money has not come in your account yet, then you can make a complaint sitting at home. For this you will not even have to make rounds of any office. The PF account holders are getting the benefit of interest at the rate of 8.5 percent from the government. EPFO has started crediting the interest for the financial year 2020-21 in your accounts. So you check immediately whether interest has come in your account or not-

File complaint like this-

  • First of all you have to go to https://epfigms.gov.in/ website.
  • Here you have to click on ‘Register Grievance’ to register a complaint.
  • Now a new page will open.
  • Now you will see many options like PF Member, EPF Pensioner, Employer.
  • You have to select one option from this.
  • Now the name of the PF member has to be selected.
  • After that enter the UAN number and security code and click on ‘Get Details’.
  • Now you will see all the details related to your UAN.

All this information has to be given
After completing this entire process, you will have to click on ‘Get OTP’. OTP will be sent to your registered mobile number. Enter OTP and click on submit. After verification of OTP, you will be asked to enter personal details. After you have filled your personal details, then you have to click on the PF number on which the complaint has to be lodged.

Check balance with a missed call
If you want to check balance through missed call, then for this you have to give just one missed call on 011-22901406 from registered mobile number on EPFO. After this balance message will come on your registered mobile number. This message will come to you from AM-EPFOHO.
