• First of all you have to download ‘Email Studio’. You can install it from Email Studio Pro.
• After this go to your Gmail account and open any mail in your inbox.
• Now click on the Email Studio icon on the right.
• Now you have to login with your Gmail ID and Password.
• After login here, click on ‘Email Cleanup’ option given in the list.
• Now click on Add New Rule and add the email id whose mail you do not want.
• After doing this, Gmail itself will have to choose whether Gmail should delete such unwanted mail in a week or month. After selecting this option, submit it by clicking on save.
• Now Email Studio will be launched in your background.
• After this, Gmail itself will keep deleting such mail.
