Patna The MLAs of Bihar’s main opposition Rashtriya Janata Dal (RJD)-led Grand Alliance will march to the Raj Bhavan on June 22 in protest against the Agneepath scheme. Leader of the Opposition in the Assembly Tejashwi Prasad Yadav has given this information by tweeting on Sunday. On June 22, at 9 am, all the MLAs of the Grand Alliance will march on foot from the Vidhan Sabha to the Raj Bhavan, demanding jobs for the youth and return of the Agneepath scheme, he tweeted.
There are continuous demonstrations in many states including Bihar regarding the Agneepath scheme. In protest against this, student organizations had also called for Bihar Bandh on Saturday. In protest against this plan, government properties including railways have been damaged in the past. Railways says that the railway has suffered a loss of Rs 250 to 300 crore in the furious demonstration. At the same time, more than 130 cases have been registered for damage to government property in the last three days, while more than 700 chaotic elements have been arrested during this period.
