Priyanka joined Rahul’s yatra for the second time
Jaipur. Congress General Secretary Priyanka Gandhi Vadra has joined the Bharat Jodo Yatra for the second time. On Sunday, she joined the Congress yatra along with her husband Robert Vadra and daughter Miraya. Earlier, when the yatra reached Madhya Pradesh, Priyanka had joined the yatra with her husband. Then his son Rehan Vadra was with him. At present, on the seventh day of the ongoing Bharat Jodo Yatra in Rajasthan, the yatra was completed at 7:00 pm.
In the second phase of the yatra, Priyanka Gandhi Vadra and Robert Vadra were also walking along with Rahul Gandhi on Sunday evening. Rahul’s niece and Priyanka’s daughter Miraya were also with them. Rahul Gandhi’s visit started late in the evening by about two hours as both Rahul Gandhi and Priyanka Gandhi Vadra went to Shimla to attend the swearing-in ceremony of Himachal Pradesh Chief Minister Sukhwinder Singh Sukhu.
However, in the evening the journey from Papdi railway crossing to Yatra Lakheri covered a distance of six and a half kilometers. Earlier in the morning phase, Rahul suddenly entered a house on the highway side. In that house, he found Akshita, an eight-year-old girl, who had a crooked neck since childhood. Rahul immediately called state government minister Ashok Chandna and asked him to get the girl child treated. Rahul also gave chocolates to Akshita and her brother. The Sunday evening yatra was delayed due to Rahul Gandhi’s visit to Shimla and the yatra, which was supposed to start at 3.30 pm, started after 5 pm.
