President’s warning on war of words in Rajasthan Congress
Jaipur. Amidst the rhetoric against each other in the Rajasthan unit of Congress, the party’s state president Govind Singh Dotasra has urged the party leaders to avoid such statements. Dotasara said such things are being “noted” at the party level. He said that those who believe in the ideology of Congress should not make any statement that weakens the party. He said that whether the MLA or minister or office-bearer of the party, he should raise his point on the appropriate platform.
Dotasara told reporters here, “The leader who has come after winning the election on the symbol of Congress, whether he is a minister, MLA or an office-bearer of Congress… all of them should take special care of the dignity of the Congress party which has given them respect and position. Have given.
Dotasara said, as the President of the State Congress, I believe that if there is any demand related to the organization, then keep your point in the meeting of the State Congress Committee. If any member of the cabinet has to express his point of view, then he should speak within the cabinet. If it is related to the Chief Minister, then he should meet the Chief Minister and tell him. If the MLA has to say anything related to the government, then meet the minister or the chief minister, or else tell him in the legislature party meeting. “If someone in the media says something which causes damage to the party, then I think it is not right,” he said.
It is noteworthy that the Congress has to face an uncomfortable situation due to the public statements of many party leaders and ministers. A few days ago, Minister Pratap Singh Khachariawas and Mahesh Joshi had come face to face regarding the confidential report of IAS officers ACR. Sainik Welfare Minister Rajendra Gudha on Monday said that the power in the state is completely centralized and people would have to visit the Chief Minister’s residence even for the transfer of police constables.
Dotasara said, “Surely some of the things that are coming should not come.” They should think for themselves because they themselves are responsible leaders and MLAs, ministers, office bearers of the party. People and party workers will not forgive me if I, being a Congress office bearer, make any statement that harms the party. It is my commitment that I will not do any such thing which will weaken the party. He said, I would urge all those who believe in the ideology of the Congress party and work for it, that they should not make any statement that weakens the Congress party. Simultaneously, Dotasara expressed confidence that the Congress would register a victory in the by-election to the Sardarshahr assembly. “I can say with certainty that Congress will win. (Language)
