Bhopal. Home Minister Dr. Narottam Mishra felicitated the policemen by giving them bouquets on completion of one year of implementation of Police Commissioner system in Bhopal, Madhya Pradesh. Dr. Mishra reached the local Minto Hall and felicitated the women police personnel there.
