Every year the supply of Gangajal gets affected during Dussehra. Talking about Ganga water supply, there are two Gangajal plants in Pratap Vihar of Ghaziabad. From which Ganga water is supplied to many sectors of Ghaziabad and Noida. Of these, the capacity of one water plant is 100 cusecs and the capacity of the other plant is 50 cusecs. The 100 cusecs plant provides 80 cusecs of Ganga water to Noida, 15 cusecs to Indirapuram and 5 cusecs to Siddharth Vihar. Whereas from 50 cusecs plant 23 cusecs gets to Vasundhara, 20 to Noida and 7 cusecs of Ganga water to Indirapuram.
