KL Rahul still not well, now BCCI is sending him to Germany for treatment

According to a news in Cricbuzz, the Board of Control for Cricket in India (BCCI) has decided to send KL Rahul to Germany for treatment of groin injury. Because of this, he will not be able to participate in the tour of England, where India has to play seven matches.

Will not be available for England tour

KL Rahul BCCI Cricket : BCCI secretary Jay Shah told Cricbuzz that this information is correct. The board is working on his health and he will go to Germany soon. Rahul may fly to Germany by the end of this month or early July. The treatment in Germany means that Rahul will not be able to be part of the Indian team for the tour of England, where the team has to play one Test match (July 1-5) and six limited overs matches. Rahul was named vice-captain in the seven-match series, including three T20Is and three ODIs, but now the Indian selectors will have to pick a new name for Rohit Sharma’s deputy.

Today a batch left for England
