Ishaq Dar appointed as new Finance Minister of Pakistan
Islamabad. Pakistan’s MP Ishaq Dar took oath as the country’s 42nd Finance Minister on Wednesday, a day after being sworn in as MP. He was sworn in as the Finance Minister by Pakistan President Arif Alvi at a ceremony held at the Rashtrapati Bhavan. Dar replaced his own party leader Mifta Ismail. Has become a minister, who submitted his resignation to Prime Minister Shahbaz Sharif after being in this post for five months. Interacting with the media before taking oath, Dar said that Pakistan is facing economic crisis and he will give his best to deal with them.
