Giving information, the Environment Minister of Kejriwal government in Delhi, Gopal Rai has said that this time a total of 408 parties were formed to implement the ban on firecrackers in Delhi on Diwali. Buying and burning of firecrackers in the capital can be punished with a fine of Rs 200 and imprisonment for 6 months. Not only this, if anyone is found manufacturing, storing and selling firecrackers in Delhi, he can be imprisoned for three years and also fined up to Rs 5,000.
