Now the latest information has been received in this case that the Supreme Court has refused to hear this petition immediately. In this regard, the Supreme Court said that there is no need to make this case more sensitive as it has nothing to do with the examination.

Hijab Controversy Supreme Court: Dissatisfied with the Karnataka High Court’s decision on the Hijab controversy, the girl students filed a petition in the Supreme Court. Senior advocate Devdutt Kamath, who fought the case on behalf of the girl students, appealed to the Supreme Court for an urgent hearing. He said that this should be heard immediately as the students are not able to take the examination, which will spoil their year. After hearing the arguments of Devdutt Kamath, the Chief Justice said that this subject has nothing to do with examinations and the matter should not be sensitized. The Chief Justice said that the institute has not stopped anyone from taking the examination, so as long as the matter goes to the court, the examination can be given.

He said that it is the duty of every citizen living in the country to follow the order of the court.
