Partha Chatterjee, the number two minister in the West Bengal government, has been completely isolated. Mamta Banerjee bluntly said that if she has done wrong then she should be punished. Earlier, many ministers of Mamta Banerjee were caught in such controversies and were detained or arrested, but Mamta never left her side. Some time ago, when the CBI had detained her ministers, she reached the CBI office and sat there for several hours. His party workers demonstrated on the streets. But this time nothing of the sort has happened. Partha Chatterjee was arrested by the ED and the Trinamool Congress did not raise any questions on this arrest.

However, the arrest of Partha does not guarantee that Abhishek and his wife will be saved in the case of coal smuggling or money laundering.
