Hyundai has launched its famous SUV Venue in India in the facelift avatar. The company has made some special changes in the new Venue, which has made it even more stylish and beautiful than before. The updated model lineup is offered in 10 variants with 6 trims – E, S, S+, S (O), SX and SX (O). Hyundai has launched the Venue facelift in India at a price of Rs 7.53 lakh (ex-showroom). Which goes up to Rs. 9.99 lakh. Venue will compete directly with Maruti Vitara Breeza, Tata Nexon, Nissan Magnite, Renault Kiger in the Indian market.
what changes
Talking about the exterior design, Hyundai has given the Venue a more aggressive look than before. The ‘Parametric Jewel Grille’ has been given at the front which gives it the look of luxury cars. To make it more stylish, it will get chrome finishing. The main headlamps of the Venue have been fitted under the new bumpers. The rear also gets a great update with segmented lighting elements and more angular lights along with a full-length lightbar.
Interior too special
Hyundai has also revamped the interiors of the Venue. Now the Venue will now get a 10.25-inch touchscreen infotainment Boese sound system which is going to be very much liked by the music lovers. Talking about these changes, a new central console, steering wheel will be seen in it.
engine options
There will be no change in the engine of the facelift Hyundai Venue. This SUV has been launched in 3 engine options. These options include 1.2L NA petrol, 1.0L turbo-petrol, and 1.5L turbo-diesel engines from which customers can choose their preferred option. However, a 6-speed IMT or a 6-speed AT with oil burner can also be included in the list. Now it is offered in three transmission options. These options include a 5-speed manual, 6-speed automatic and 7-speed DCT.
prices may rise
The price of 1.0 liter petrol variant starts at Rs 7.53 lakh and the starting price of turbo petrol variant has been fixed at Rs 9.99 lakh. The new Venue diesel is available at a starting price of Rs 9.99 lakh. All these prices are ex-showroom Delhi. The company has said that these are introductory prices. That is, their price may increase in the future.
long waiting
Customers of the new 2022 Hyundai Venue SUV can book it online or at an authorized Hyundai dealership by paying a token amount of Rs 21,000. The company says that the waiting period has already increased to 16 weeks for some variants.
