Mumbai | Emperor Prithviraj Reaction: Akshay Kumar’s film ‘Samrat Prithviraj’ has been in a lot of discussion for the last few days and now after the release, the earnings figures have started coming out. The makers of the film have told that the film has earned Rs 10.70 crore on the first day. ‘Samrat Prithviraj’ released on Friday and is a film based on the life of the great warrior emperor Prithviraj Chauhan. In this, Akshay Kumar has played the role of Prithviraj Chauhan. Writer-filmmaker Chandraprakash Dwivedi has directed this film. ‘Miss World 2017’ Manushi Chhillar has made her acting debut with this film. Dwivedi said in a statement that the film’s first day earnings prove that the audience has attached to this tale of courage and sacrifice.

It has been made tax-free in the Bharatiya Janata Party (BJP) ruled Uttar Pradesh, Madhya Pradesh and Uttarakhand. After watching the film, CM Yogi Adityanath had declared the film tax-free even before its release. He had said that this film of a historical hero teaches us how not to trust anyone easily.
