EPFO Alert: The Employees Provident Fund Organization (EPFO) has informed its members that they should file e-nomination today to ensure social security for their family. To file EPF / EPS nomination digitally, members can do this work by following simple steps.
To do online PF nomination, you have to go to the official website of EPFO and follow the steps mentioned here. For this, EPFO has given this information from its Twitter handle that how the members can add or change the name of the nominee in their account sitting at home online.
Know here step by step process and file e-nomination
First of all, you have to login to the official website of EPFO, epfindia.gov.in.
Then go to ‘Service’ and click on ‘For Employees’ tab
Check in ‘Member UAN/Online Service (OCS/OTCP)’ in Services
Login with your UAN and Password
Under ‘Manage’ tab select ‘E-Nomination’
Click on ‘Yes’ to update the family declaration
Click on ‘Add Family Details’
Click on ‘Nomination Details’ to declare the total amount
After declaration click on ‘Save EPF Nomination’
Click on ‘E-sign’ to get OTP
An OTP will be sent to the mobile number linked with your Aadhar card.
Enter OTP
With this, your e-nomination registration on EPFO has been completed and you
After e-nomination, you do not need to submit any physical document and after completing these steps, you will be able to easily enter the name of the nominee in your EPF account sitting at home.
