The accused girl was first arrested in this case on Sunday. After that the girl’s friend Sunny Mehta was detained by the police from Shimla. Later he was also arrested. At the same time, the third arrest was made in the case from Dhali police station area of Shimla late on Sunday night. The third person is a 31-year-old youth.
