Bumper increase in Bharti Airtel’s profit, 60 percent return given to investors in one year
Bharti Airtel Result: The country’s second largest telecom company Bharti Airtel has seen a great increase in profits. The company’s net profit has reached Rs 1,134 crore in the July-September quarter of the current financial year 2021-22. The company’s profit was Rs 283 crore in the first quarter of FY 2022 i.e. April-June 2021. The company said in a statement on Tuesday that in the second quarter of the financial year 2020-21, the company had a loss of Rs 763 crore.
4G customers have increased
The company said that 4G customers are increasing rapidly, due to which business activities are seeing a boom. Airtel said in a communication to the stock exchanges that its consolidated earnings grew 13 per cent year-on-year at Rs 28,326.4 crore during the quarter.
30% return in 6 months
Let us tell you that the company has also made bumper earnings for the investors. In the last 6 months, this stock has given returns of more than 30 percent to the investors. At the same time, even after today’s trading, the company’s stock has closed at the level of 715.55 with an increase. At the same time, the company’s stock has increased 5.01 percent in one month.
60 percent return given in one year
Apart from this, if we talk about one year, in this period the company has given a return of 60.36 percent to the investors. The company’s stock has increased by Rs 269.33 in just one year. After this increase, today the company’s stock has closed at the level of Rs 715.55.
The company’s customers became 148 crores
Let us tell you that the number of Airtel customers has reached 148 million in 16 countries of the world. The company’s total capital expenditure stood at Rs 6,972 crore in the September quarter. Bharti Airtel Managing Director and CEO Gopal Vittal said the recent reforms announced by the government for the telecom industry will enable the industry to invest more. “We are hopeful that the pace of reforms will continue and all chronic issues affecting the industry will be resolved,” he said.
