Paris. Around 40 people have been detained following clashes between fans of the Moroccan football team and police in the French capital Paris. BFMTV news channel reported on Sunday that law enforcement agencies have detained more than 40 people.
It is noteworthy that the Moroccan national football team has become the first African team in history to reach the semi-finals of the World Cup. Morocco will play against France in the next stage of the tournament on Wednesday.
