There will be a hearing in the district court on Tuesday for framing of charges against Ashish Mishra. At present, Ashish Mishra is imprisoned behind the bars of the jail. Let us tell you that, while canceling the bail of the High Court, the Supreme Court had ordered Ashish Mishra to appear before the court within a week. After which Ashish Mishra surrendered in front of the magistrate on Sunday itself.

While hearing the matter, a bench of Chief Justice NV Ramana, Justice Surya Kant and Justice Hima Kohli, while pronouncing the verdict, said that while granting bail to Ashish Mishra, the Allahabad High Court ignored the arguments of the aggrieved party. The Supreme Court said that the Allahabad High Court granted bail to Ashish Mishra only in the form of an FIR, which is not correct. Therefore, the High Court should hear the bail plea of ​​Ashish Mishra again in detail.
