The final will be played at the Melbourne Cricket Ground (MCG). The matches of both the semi-finals will be played at Sydney Cricket Ground and Oval Ground in Adelaide. The first semi-final will be played on November 9 at the Sydney Cricket Ground while the second semi-final will be played on November 10 at the Oval Ground. Countries whose teams have directly qualified for the Super 12 include defending T20 champions Australia and runners-up New Zealand. Apart from these two countries, the teams of Afghanistan, Bangladesh, England, India, Pakistan and South Africa have made direct place in Super 12.
