Meerut : Surendra Kumar Sharma, convener of National Media Cell of Rashtriya Lok Dal said here that in many districts of the state including Firozabad, the government is asleep even after deaths due to dengue and viral and no efforts are being made to prevent infectious diseases.

Surendra Kumar Sharma said in a conversation with Newstrack-Apna Bharat on Saturday that people in UP were forced to eat stumbling blocks in search of medicines and injections. There is an outcry in the entire state. The public is troubled. BJP is busy only in saving power.

Increase in the number of patients infected with waterborne diseases

Surendra Kumar Sharma, who recently became the convener of the National Media Cell, said that the public is suffering due to poor health services in UP. Due to rain-water logging, communicable diseases are spreading rapidly. The number of patients infected with waterborne diseases is increasing continuously.

No effort is being made by the government to stop the infection, neither medicines were sprayed on time nor proper arrangements for treatment. He said that the surprising thing is that even after more than 150 deaths due to dengue and viral in Firozabad, the sleep of the administration and administration has not broken till now.

The RLD leader said that the BJP government engrossed in campaigning should wake up from sleep and ensure quality medical arrangements for the children and elders who are affected by the dangerous deadly fever spreading in the cities, settlements and villages of Lucknow and the state. BJP government completely failed
