According to the scientists of Meteorological Center Bhopal, continuous rain continued for the last two days at many places including Bhopal, Narmadapuram, Raisen, Jabalpur, Vidisha, Rajgarh, Mandsaur and Sagar. Due to this, the situation of floods was created due to overflowing of river drains at many places. The people trapped in the floods were shifted to safer places by conducting a rescue operation.
According to meteorologists, during the last 24 hours, Bhopal 182.4 mm, Raisen 170.2 mm, Narmadapuram 154 mm, Ratlam 133 mm, Ujjain 120 mm, Guna 69.9 mm, Dhar 45.3 mm, Indore Rainfall has been recorded at other places of the state including 38.8 mm.
