Why didn’t Pakistan come to Dushanbe?

A fourth summit of Afghanistan’s eight neighboring countries took place this week in the capital of Tajikistan, Dushanbe. Not only did Kazakhstan, Kyrgyzstan, Uzbekistan and Tajikistan participate in this conference, they were accompanied by representatives of Russia, China, Iran and India. This conference was of the national security advisers of these countries. Our representative from India was Ajit Doval. He was accompanied by Joint Secretary in the Ministry of External Affairs J.P. Singh was also there but the last time this conference was held in India, the Chinese delegates did not attend it. He had made up an excuse.

Pakistan neither came to that conference nor did it come to this conference. Why didn’t you come? Because for one, India’s presence in it is like that of an elephant in a drawing room. India is the largest country among these countries after China. India is a victim of terrorism. It can become a headache for Pakistan, but this time China came to Dushanbe but did not come to Delhi. Why didn’t he come, because if he had come to Delhi, Pakistan could have been angry.

The friendship between Pakistan and China is not minor. is steel. Despite this, India and Tajikistan condemned terrorists operating in Afghanistan and called for an all-inclusive government in Kabul. Tajikistan is the same country where President Ashraf Ghani reached after fleeing from Kabul. Afghanistan’s Persian-speaking Tajiks are its largest minority group, while the Taliban are predominantly Gilzai Pathans. While sitting in Tajikistan, Ahmad Shah Masood shook the pro-Russian power of Kabul.

Even now, as soon as the Taliban capture Kabul, Masood’s sons and brothers are running the so-called migrant government sitting in Dushanbe. The Taliban are also out of this conference because their government has not been recognized by anyone and secondly they are against Tajik interference. In any case, the presence of Russia and China in this conference is very important, because Putin’s Russia is no longer Brezhnev’s Russia and China has a lot of trouble with the Uighur Muslims operating in its Xin Chiang.

Millions of Uyghur Muslims are being held in concentration camps by China. In this respect, the concerns of India and China are almost the same. As in our Kashmir and Punjab, terrorists are very active in Xinjiang. Pakistan should be the most active in this conference, because terrorism is doing the most damage to it. This conference strongly demanded counter-terrorism and an all-inclusive government, but it would have been great if all these nations had made some big announcement to help the people suffering from inflation, unemployment and scarcity.
