Melbourne | Shane Warne farewell MCG : There has been an atmosphere of mourning in the sports cricket world after the death of Australia’s legendary spin bowler Shane Warne. Warne will be given a public farewell on March 30 at the Melbourne Cricket Ground (MCG) for the most in his playing career. Victoria State Prime Minister Daniel Andrews confirmed on Wednesday that a state event would be organized at the MCG in Warne’s honor. Let us inform that Warne died of a heart attack in Thailand last week, he was 52 years old.

In this regard, Andrews tweeted on Wednesday that there can be no more appropriate place in the world than the MCG to bid farewell to Warney (Shane Warne). It was at the MCG that Warne scored a hat-trick in the 1994 Ashes and took the 700th Test wicket at the same ground during the Boxing Day Test of his last international series in 2006. Warne was born in Melbourne and grew up here.

Shane Warne farewell MCG : Thailand’s doctors have confirmed in the post-mortem results that Warne died of natural causes and showed no signs of suspicion. Warner’s body was taken to Surat Thani on Sunday after he died in Thailand’s island of Koh Samui on Friday. His mortal remains reached the capital Bangkok on Sunday night from Surat Thani, from where preparations are being made to send him to Australia.
