- If you want to generate health id through aadhar card then you have to click on the link generate via aadhar card and if you want to generate health id through mobile number then you have to click on the link generate via mobile.
- If you have selected aadhar card then you have to fill your aadhar number and if you have selected your mobile number then you have to fill your mobile number.
- Now OTP will come on your phone. You have to fill this OTP in the OTP box.
- After this the form will open in front of you in which you will have to fill the asked information carefully.
- Now you have to click on submit button.
- After clicking on the submit button, your health ID will be generated.
