What does BJP want in Jharkhand?

What does BJP want in Jharkhand?

No one is able to understand what the Bharatiya Janata Party wants in Jharkhand. Most of the party’s state leaders are upset because they do not understand what is the intention of the high command. The restlessness of Chief Minister Hemant Soren is in its place as his chair is under threat. His assembly membership is at stake. In the matter of office of profit, the Election Commission has sent its report to the Governor, which Governor Ramesh Bais has been sitting for more than one and a half months. The recommendation of the Election Commission regarding the membership of Chief Minister’s brother and party MLA Basant Soren is also pending with the Governor for one and a half months.

The Governor is sitting on the report using the loop hole of the constitutional provisions. They have no compulsion as to in what time they will decide on the report of the Election Commission. Meanwhile, the central agencies are arresting government and political persons one by one. Senior state government official Pooja Singhal has been arrested by the ED. The Chief Minister’s MLA representative Pankaj Mishra has also been arrested by the ED. Businessmen Prem Prakash Srivastava and Amit Agarwal, considered close to the state government, have also been arrested by the ED. Chief Minister’s media advisor Abhishek Srivastava has been questioned by the ED several times and the sword of arrest is hanging over him too.

Whenever there is a new arrest in the state, the eyes of former Chief Minister Babulal Marandi, who is hoping to become the Chief Minister, blossom. They start tweeting. BJP MP Nishikant Dubey, close to him, has written tributes to the Chief Minister and the government several times in the last five-six months. Now they too have sat down tired. State President Deepak Prakash also made a big run. It seemed that the Congress party could break up anytime in the state and 12 to 15 MLAs would go with the BJP. But now all the speculations are over.

Three MLAs, accused of allegedly taking money from the BJP, have been released on bail, but they cannot go out of Kolkata as of now. Those who were claiming to break the Congress MLAs are also puzzled as to why these three MLAs are not getting relief. A knowledgeable BJP leader says that at first the intention was that the government should be toppled if the Congress MLAs break, but now the BJP does not want it immediately because the Chief Minister has implemented many such schemes, including the old pension scheme, from 1932. has been announced, which is difficult to implement. So, instead of toppling the government now, BJP will wait and expose the government if it is not able to fulfill the promises.
