court commissioner removed

Varanasi, A major development took place in the lower court of Varanasi amid the hearing of the Supreme Court on the petition challenging the survey in Gyanvapi Masjid. Senior Division Civil Judge Ravi Kumar Diwakar, who ordered the survey, has removed Court Commissioner Ajay Mishra from his post. Special advocate commissioner Vishal Singh, who was involved in the survey, had alleged that court commissioner Ajay Mishra was non-cooperative in the proceedings. He also alleged that Mishra kept a private cameraman and kept giving bytes to the media. This is wrong by law.

The court recognized that the responsibility of the court commissioner is important. After this, the court removed Advocate Commissioner Ajay Mishra on the application of Special Advocate Commissioner Vishal Singh. Now Vishal Singh will be the court commissioner. Along with this, the court has given two days to the commission to file a report in the court. Now the report can be filed on May 19. The survey team said that there are several hours of videography and several hundred photographs, whose files have not been made. On this basis, he did not file the report on Tuesday and sought some time to file the report. The court has given two days time for this.

However, some more petitions will be heard in the court on Wednesday. In a petition, there is a demand for videography by demolishing some walls of the mosque and action to seal the area around the Vazukhana. A petition has also been given on behalf of the Muslim side, in which an appeal has been made to change the order of sealing the area near Wajukhan.

On the other hand, Advocate Commissioner Ajay Kumar Mishra, who was removed from the Gyanvapi survey, while clarifying the whole matter said – I believe I got cheated. What can I do in that? I hired the photographer, he cheated. This was not expected from Advocate Vishal Singh. He said- I have been removed on the complaint of Vishal Singh. The Court has done what it deems fit. The rest, Vishal Singh’s heart will know. I am satisfied with the conduct of the survey.
