He further said, as I have said earlier, I will say the same thing again. We will continue to support Cheteshwar Pujara and Ajinkya Rahane as the kind of players they have done well for India over the years in Test cricket. He played an important innings in Johannesburg. We recognize such demonstrations as a team.

The Indian captain further said, what the selectors decide, I obviously will not sit here and comment. Let us tell you that even before the start of the series, it was being said that if the bat of Pujara and Rahane remains silent, then the Test career of both of them will be over.
