Ughmi Saubhagya R. Swain Ka Bharosa – Women’s Empowerment Prosperous Society

Empowerment is the confidence that gives a man the strength to stand up for his interests with authority. This applies to every male and female that he can take his every step with full confidence and steadfastness.

Over time, the women’s caste understood its strength. Then the women empowerment revolution started in the world. As a result, the woman got respect on the strength of her ability and workmanship. Today she does not follow the male but walks with him.

Saubhagya R. Swain of Vinsitor Group is a very hard working businessman who is always ready for the respect and progress of women. They want to see their progress on three key barriers – education, society and economics. Her goal has been for women to learn to set goals for themselves, handle obstacles along the way and empower them every step of the way. For this, on the basis of psychology, Saubhagya started a training program to strengthen and sharpen the mindset of women. This program is running in Orissa, Bengal, Andhra and Tamil Nadu. This program works especially for the socially and mentally challenged women. With all these programs, Sven has always given some status to the women in his company. Although there are many women out there, there are two special positions:

• Sasmita Swain is the co-founder of Vinsitor Steel & Construction and Chief Advisor of the Vinsitor Group. He got a chance to show his ability in the country and abroad as well. He is a strong link in the group.

• Namrita Sharma who is the co-founder of Vinsitor Lifestyle. Their detached and forward thinking from the world of fashion has taken the lifestyle company to almost every corner of the world. Today Namrata ji and her company need no introduction.

Saubhagya has always given respect to women, due to which they have encouraged their recruitment in each of their companies.

The Government of India has also run many programs, policies and schemes for the emerging women. This helps them a lot in every way. The government has also started “Ughogini Yojana” to encourage backward class or poor business women. There are many other schemes, such as – Bharatiya Mahila Bank, Annapurna, Stree Shakti etc.

Women have the ability to handle the economy of both the home and the country. It is very important for everyone to understand the cost of gender equality for the progress and stability of the world. Both in the government and in the family should respect women and encourage them to move forward. Women empowerment leads to development of country, family and society.
