Today’s second match will be played between Hyderabad and Punjab, this will be the playing XI

Hyderabad vs Punjab: The team of Sunrisers Hyderabad, almost out of the race for the play-offs, will now try to spoil the equation of some teams and in this, the team of Punjab Kings will be their first target. When these two teams face each other in the second match of IPL 2021 on Saturday, the thrill will reach its peak. This match will be played in Sharjah from 7.30 pm onwards.

Sunrisers Hyderabad lost to Delhi Capitals on Wednesday, their seventh loss in eight matches. They currently have only two points and are at the bottom of eight teams. On the other hand, Punjab will have to avoid losing despite being in a winning position from the other side. In the last match against Rajasthan Royals, the team’s victory seemed certain, but in the end they lost the match by two runs.

Punjab have six points from nine matches and are in seventh place. The slackness of the last minute may weigh on him in the upcoming matches. In the last match, he needed four runs in the last over, but he lost two wickets in this over of Karthik Tyagi and scored only one run.

Even though Punjab Kings have the best opening pair of IPL in the form of KL Rahul and Mayank Agarwal. But still the team lacks stability. In the last match too, both of them had added 120 runs for the first wicket in 11.5 overs. But no one could play till the end. Chris Gayle can tear down an attack even at the age of 41 but he was kept out of the last match.

In bowling, the responsibility of Punjab rests on Mohammed Shami. He is also getting good support from young Arshdeep Singh. The spinners of Punjab especially Adil Rashid have disappointed and they need to do better in the upcoming matches.

Sunrisers will try to play freely in the remaining matches. His problems have increased with the departure of Jonny Bairstow and the absence of Australian opener David Warner. Captain Kane Williamson, Manish Pandey, Wriddhiman Saha, Kedar Jadhav and Abdul Samad also failed to perform as expected in the last match. He is heavily dependent on Rashid Khan in bowling.
