Traders who are self-employed and working as shop owners, retailers, rice mill owners, oil mill owners, workshop owners, commission agents, real estate brokers, small hotels, restaurants and other traders with similar business Those whose annual turnover does not exceed Rs 1.5 crore can take advantage of the scheme. Under the Pradhan Mantri Laghu Vyapari Maandhan Yojana, on attaining the age of 60 years, a minimum pension of Rs 36,000 is given to the traders and self-employed persons. So that one does not have to face financial crisis in old age.
