Team India Schedule 2022: Team India has ended the year 2021 brilliantly. Virat Kohli’s team defeated South Africa by 113 runs in Centurion on Thursday to take a 1-0 lead in the three-Test series. Now the next match between the two teams will be played from January 3. That is, Team India will start the year 2022 with a match against South Africa. The year 2022 is going to be very busy for Team India.

After the second Test, the third and final Test match of the series will be played in Cape Town. After the Test, a three-match ODI series will also be played between the two teams. The first ODI of the series will be played in Paarl on 19 January. The second ODI will also be played in Paarl on January 21, after which the third and final ODI will be played in Cape Town on January 23.

After the South Africa series, Team India will face the West Indies in February. Indian team will host West Indies. There will be a limited overs series between the two teams. The first match of the ODI series will be held in Ahmedabad on 6 February. After this, the second ODI will be played in Raipur on 9 February. The third match will be held in Kolkata on February 12.

After the ODI series, T20 matches will also be played between these two teams. The first T20 match will be played in Cuttack on February 15, the second T20 in Visakhapatnam on February 18 and the third T20 match in Thiruvananthapuram on February 20.

Sri Lankan team will tour India

After the West Indies series, Team India will face Sri Lanka. The Sri Lankan team will come to India and play Test and T20 series. The first Test of the series will be played in Bengaluru from February 25 while the second Test will be played in Mohali from March 5. The first match of the T20 series will be held in Mohali on March 13, the second T20 in Dharamsala on March 15 and the third T20 match in Lucknow on March 18.

South Africa team will come to India in June

Team India will once again face South Africa in June. The African team will visit India. 5 T20 matches will be played between both the teams. The first T20 match of the series will be played in Chennai, the second match will be played in Bangalore on June 12, the third in Nagpur on June 14, the fourth in Rajkot on June 17 and the fifth in Delhi on June 19.

After this, Team India will go to England and apart from a Test match, it will play a limited overs series. Team India will play 3 ODIs in addition to 3 T20s there. The first T20 match of this series will be played in Southampton on 7 July, the second T20 will be played in Birmingham on 9 July and the third will be played in Nottingham on 10 July. The ODI series will start from July 12, with the first match at the Oval ground. The second ODI will be played on 14 July at Lord’s ground and the third and final ODI will be played in Manchester on 17 July. At the end of the year i.e. in November, there will also be T20 World Cup, which will be hosted by Australia.
