Lucknow, Uttar Pradesh Governor Anandiben Patel has called the last five years of the state government an era of good governance. In his address to the joint session of the Legislature on Monday, he said that in the last five years, work has been done to lay the foundation of development in the state. In the address of about an hour, the Governor mentioned the efforts being made by the government in all areas including housing to social security, pension schemes, industrial investment, infrastructure development, education, health, women’s upliftment.
