Stock Market Opening: The stock market has started with a good start today and the Sensex was seen trading at 57,826.79 with a gain of 142 points or 0.25 per cent in the opening minutes itself. Apart from this, Nifty was trading at the level of 17,217.55 with a gain of 50.65 points or 0.30 percent.

How was the market looking in the pre-opening
In the pre-opening today, NSE’s Nifty was trading at 17175 with a gain of 8.05 points, or 0.05 percent, and the BSE Sensex was trading at 57,706.13 with a gain of 21.34 points or 0.04 percent. This indicated that the domestic stock market may open with a boom today.

Weak signal from SGX Nifty levels
Today, SGX Nifty was trading in the red mark at the level of 17187 with a fall of 58 points or 0.34 percent in the pre-market. Yesterday in the US market, all three indices, Dow Jones, Nasdaq and S&P 500 closed in the red mark of decline, whose effect is being seen on today’s business.

How is the condition of Asian markets?
Talking about Asian markets, mixed signals are coming from here. Indices of Hang Seng, Strait Times and Taiwan were seen trading in green mark and Japan’s Nikkei and China’s Shanghai Composite were seen doing with weakness.

How were the markets closed yesterday?
Sensex and Nift closed up 1 per cent in yesterday’s trade. Bank Nifty’s rise of about 2 percent was a big hand in this uptrend. In yesterday’s trade, the Sensex climbed 620 points to close at 57,685, while the Nifty managed to climb 184 points to close at 17,167.
