If he is confident that he will prove his majority in the house, then he should recommend to the Governor to call the session of the assembly after meeting the cabinet and if it seems that he has lost the majority, then he should resign. But they are doing nothing.

He has no emphasis on Shiv Sainiks but he could have explained to the Independent MLAs.
