Vikram Solanki Can Join The New IPL Team Ahmedabad: Former England batsman Vikram Solanki has stepped down as the head coach of the county team with immediate effect. It is being told that Vikram Solanki can join the new franchise Ahmedabad in the Indian Premier League (IPL), but this has not been confirmed by the team yet.

Vikram Solanki said, “The Surrey County team has been an extremely valuable part of my life for the last 9 years. As a player and a coach, I have taken this difficult decision. I will always be grateful for giving me this opportunity. My family also gives a special thanks to Alec Stewart, who has been a mentor and mentor.”

Solanki first joined Surrey as a player in 2013 and scored 2,400 runs across formats. In 2016, he played an important role as a coach to make Ryan Patel, Ollie Pope and Amar Virdi the best players. He remained with the Second XI in a purely coaching capacity for the 2017 season.

Solanki further added, “I will always remember all the interactions I had with the players and staff, with whom I have had the privilege to work so closely. In the end, it has been a privilege to serve this. It has been an honor to be Surrey’s head coach over the years.”

Hardik Pandya will be the captain!

According to reports, Team India’s star all-rounder Hardik Pandya will be the captain of Ahmedabad. Apart from this, two other players of the franchise will be Rashid Khan and Shubman Gill. However, Ahmedabad has not made any formal announcement regarding this yet.
