After which the court convicted Paes and directed that Paes will have to pay monthly maintenance of one lakh rupees to Pillai. Apart from this, if Riya Pillai wants to live separately from the common house, then Paes will have to pay her one lakh rupees in addition to the house rent of 50 thousand rupees per month.

Riya was living with Paes for 8 years
