Glenn Maxwell, Vini Raman Celebrate Baby Shower In Traditional Tamil Ceremony
STAR Australian all-rounder Glenn Maxwell and wife Vini Raman celebrated their baby shower in a traditional Tamil ceremony. Maxwell’s wife shared a glimpse of the ceremony from her official Instagram handle.
In the pictures, you can even see the Aussie cricketer wearing a black shirt while his wife is in the traditional attire. Vini Raman captioned the post by writing “Blessing baby Maxwell the traditional way”.
Fans and family are loving the pictures and showering their blessings on the couple in the comment section. Maxwell and Vini got married last year in an intimate ceremony and they announced the pregnancy earlier this month in May 2022.
Glenn Maxwell Likely To Be Part Of Australia For SA Tour
Currently, the Australian team is on the tour of England for the five-match Ashes Test series. The Aussies managed to retain the prestigious urn after the fourth Test got washed out in the rain.
The visitors are currently leading the hosts 2-1 and will have the opportunity to win an Ashes series in England for the first time since 2001. The fifth Test will be played at the Kennington Oval in London from 27th July.
After the conclusion of the ongoing Ashes 2023 series, Australia will be touring South Africa for a three-match T20I series, followed by a five-match ODI series. The tour will begin on 30th August, so the Aussie players will have enough time to rest after the hectic Ashes schedule.
Glenn Maxwell, who was not part of the red-ball team will most likely return for the white-ball series against the Proteas and will be a crucial asset for the team.
