He has given many shocking statements in this regard. He has said that initially he refused to work in this film because his character in it was opposite to his personality. Balan, who played the lead role in this Amazon film with Shefali Shah, said that after the outbreak of the corona virus epidemic, her opinion about the film changed.

Was refused for the first film

Vidya Balan New Film : Suresh Triveni, who directed the film, had earlier directed Vidya Balan’s “Tumhari Sulu” in 2017. Balan said that the character in this film has a different personality, so when Suresh told me the story, I liked it. I said I can’t do it because I don’t have the guts to do it. Then came the pandemic and there was some change in all of us which we do not even understand.

The film will be released on Prime Video on March 18. Balan played the role of a journalist named Maya in the film. The actress says that she never even tried to play such a character in her career. Shah, who plays Maya’s domestic help Rukhsana in the film, said she agreed to work in the film after reading the script. Rukhsana’s life changes after an accident in the film.
