Additional Superintendent of Police Bijnor Dr. Praveen Ranjan said that information was received that on Tuesday in Dhampur police station area New Dhampur City Colony, when four youths introduced themselves as members of a CBI team, and went to the house of bank manager Neeraj Kumar. The SP said that a case has been registered against the accused Harsh and Tushar under sections 171, 468, 465, 466, 420, 452, 471, 342, 386, 506, 120B of the IPC.
