Shah calls Nitish a cheater

Purnia. Union Home Minister Amit Shah, who visited the state for the first time after the Janata Dal-U broke away from the BJP and formed the government with the RJD, lashed out at his old colleague and Chief Minister Nitish Kumar. He called Nitish Kumar a cheater. Earlier, when Nitish Kumar had parted ways with the BJP in 2013, Narendra Modi had pointed out a flaw in his DNA.

However, while addressing a rally in Purnia of Muslim-dominated Seemanchal of Bihar, Amit Shah said – Chief Minister Nitish Kumar’s politics is politics of selfishness. He has betrayed many including George Fernandez and BJP. One day he will leave Lalu’s side and go to Congress. Attacking Nitish, Shah said- Sitting on George’s shoulder, he formed the Samata Party and when George’s health deteriorated, he removed it. Sharad Yadav cheated. Then betrayed the BJP for the first time, then Jitan Ram, then Ram Vilas Paswan and then went with Lalu by betraying the BJP in the longing to become the PM.

Shah said- Lalu Nitish’s pair is having pain in their stomach due to my arrival. They are saying that they have come to quarrel. I didn’t come to fight. Nitish got along with Lalu. We are in favor of the politics of development and service. He said- Nitish Babu has joined with RJD and Congress to become PM. Can Nitish become PM by defecting in the interest of power, can the government run in Bihar? Lalu should also understand that Nitish will betray you too and will join hands with Congress.

Nitish, who is on a two-day tour of Bihar, will hold a meeting with party MLAs and MPs in Kishanganj after Purnia’s rally and then attend the core committee meeting of the party’s Bihar unit. After his rally, Bihar Deputy Chief Minister Tejashwi Yadav taunted that the language and style used by the Home Minister during his rally seemed that I was watching a comedy show, not a speech. Tejashwi said that Amit Shah did not talk about special status to Bihar and he did not speak on issues like employment, inflation.
