T20I Rankings: Martin Guptill’s entry in top-10 batsmen, Kohli out, Chahar’s long jump

ICC T20I Rankings: New Zealand’s Martin Guptill has once again returned to the list of top-10 T20 batsmen. The three-match T20I series against India gave him a three-place advantage. He is now ranked 10th in the ICC rankings. Captain Kohli has had to bear the brunt of not playing in this series. They are out of the top-10. Kohli has now reached 11th place in the ranking of batsmen.
Rahul and Rizwan improve their rankings
Pakistan opener Mohammad Rizwan and India opener KL Rahul have gained one place each in the latest T20 rankings. Rahul is now in fifth place, while Rizwan is at number four. While Rahul got the benefit of brilliant innings against New Zealand, Rizwan scored good runs in the series against Bangladesh.

Deepak Chahar jumps 19 places
Mitchell Santner got the advantage of the series against India and jumped 10 places to be at number 13. Bhuvneshwar Kumar has gained five places. After taking three wickets in the series, he has come at number 19. Deepak Chahar has taken a long jump in bowling. He has moved up to 40th place in the latest rankings, leaving 19 bowlers behind.
Here are the big changes in the ranking
Rohit Sharma has gained two places in the ranking of batsmen. He reached number 13. Suryakumar Yadav has climbed 24 places to 59th and Pakistan’s Fakhar Zaman has moved up from 40th to 35th.
In the bowlers’ rankings, Bangladesh’s Mahedi Hasan has moved up six places (number 12), Shoriful Islam has moved up three places (40th), Pakistan’s Shadab Khan has moved up two places (14th) and Hasan Ali has moved up 16 places (44th).
