Surat: Youth caught with banned MD drugs worth Rs 2.71 lakh

Police has started further action by arresting the drug supplier

The accused was apprehended on the basis of secret information that he was coming to IPmission School in Lalgate.

From Ankleshwar Rural Police Station in Bharuch district, Surat SOG Police arrested M.D. Legal action has been taken against the supplier in the drug case. Rizwan Abdul Satar Syed, Surif alias Saddam Ayub Chauhan and M.D. 27 grams, 380 mg of MD drugs worth Rs 2.73 lakh and car worth Rs 5.30 lakh have been recovered from the accused Sadabodin alias Sadab Sirajuddin Sheikh. During interrogation of the accused, drugs were allegedly brought from a person named Mohammad Altaf alias Sallu Kadodrawala, so the police declared him wanted.

In this incident, Bharuch SOG police along with Surat SOG police gave information about the accused. The SOG police probing the incident had received information that the real name of the drug dealer is Issam Mohammad Altaf alias Sallu Kadodrawala. Based on the information, the police kept a watch and arrested him.

Police interrogation revealed that he was smuggling drugs from Mumbai and selling them in retail and was residing in Bharuch two months ago today. Gave drugs to two of his acquaintances. But both of them were caught by Bharuch police. And declared the accused wanted in that case. So he ran away from home. Police told who else was involved in the incident. A thorough investigation has been started.
