The winds had gained momentum from around 10 pm, after which Pramanand Saini died after being buried under a tree in Kota’s Nayapura due to a strong dust storm. Similarly, Golu Kewat (22) died due to the collapse of a kutcha wall in Rangpur area, while a woman was injured in Bor Kheda due to damage to a kutcha house.
