Pawan Sehrawat alone defeated Haryana Steelers, Bulls scored a hat-trick

Pro Kabaddi League 2021-22, U Mumba vs Jaipur Pink Panthers: Bengaluru Bulls defeated Haryana Steelers 42-28 in the 22nd match of the Pro Kabaddi League played at the Sheraton Grand Whitefield in Bangalore on Thursday. In this match, Pawan Sehrawat alone took 22 points, while all the raiders of Haryana were able to get 19 raid points together. In this match, Rohit Gulia completed his high-5, then GB More also completed his high-5 for Bulls. Bulls captain Pawan Sehrawat completed his third Super 10 raid of this season and 34th of his career. With this win, the team of Bulls has moved to second place in the points table.

Steelers flew in a storm of wind

Haryana Steelers captain Vikas Khandola won the toss and Pawan Sehrawat opened the account of Bengaluru Bulls by taking points in the first raid. Haryana then took a 4-3 lead over Bengaluru by securing some points in defense and raid. At the end of the first half, the Bulls of Bangalore were ahead of 19-13 against Steelers. In this match, the Steelers’ defense started well but the wind storm struck and their defense collapsed.

Bulls’ Defense Stopped Khandola & Co.

The start of the second half was exciting and Pawan took the team further with a brilliant raid. On the other hand, the team of Haryana Steelers was taking points unitedly. The team was not dependent on any one player. However, it was difficult for them to stop the wind storm. In the 10th minute, the Bulls again all-out the Steelers and earned two bonus points. By the first 10 minutes of the second half, Bengaluru Bulls had further strengthened their position. Mahender and GB More strengthened the defense of the Bulls. However, Chandran Ranjit was failing continuously in this match, which was benefiting the Steelers. Last 5 minutes of play was left and Vikas Khandola’s team was trailing by 35-25. Rohit Gulia had completed his high-5 but he too could not stop the Bulls captain.

On the other hand, the wind storm continued to prevail at the Grand Whitefield in Bangalore and they decided the result of the match ahead of time by taking 19 raid points and three tackle points. Saurabh Nandan and Mahender Singh also showed a great game and the Bulls won this match 42-28.
