Stock Market: On the day of weekly expiry, the stock market is witnessing great growth today. BSE Sensex jumped 425 points to cross 59. Strong gains are being seen in Nifty. The Sensex is trading 425.34 points higher at 59,454.25 points in early trade. At the same time, NSE Nifty has also gained 123.25 points to reach 17,747.65 points. In the early trade, 30 out of 30 Sensex stocks are trading in the green. All sectors including banking, IT, FMCG are seeing a rise in stocks.
Rapid support in global market
Dow Jones, the major sensitive index of the US stock market, closed with a gain of 1.40 percent or 435.98 points on Wednesday. The Nasdaq Composite was up 2.14 percent. At the end of trading, the S&P closed up 246.99 points at 11791.90 and up 71.68 points, or 1.83 points. SGX Nifty has gained more than 100 points today. Due to this the Indian market has also got support today. The market is showing good growth.

The domestic stock market fell for the second consecutive day on Wednesday and the BSE Sensex closed more than 168 points lower. Higher interest rates and bearish fears amid a weak global trend weighed on investor sentiment. The 30-share Sensex closed at 59,028.91 points, down 168.08 points, or 0.28 per cent. During trading, it had gone down to 474.1 points at one time. The Nifty of the National Stock Exchange also closed at 17,624.40, down 31.20 points, or 0.18 per cent. According to analysts, the market was down on concerns about rising interest rates after positive data on the employment front in the US.
