Startup Ranking: The best environment to start a startup in Gujarat, the performance percentile was 100
In the ranking of startups released by the Department for Promotion of Industry and Internal Trade of the country, Gujarat topped the startup ranking for the third time in a row, while Kerala, Maharashtra, Odisha and Telangana are in the top performer category.

In fact, Gujarat, the home state of Prime Minister Narendra Modi, topped the startup rankings for the third time in a row. Gujarat has been adjudged the best performer along with Karnataka in the 2021 rankings.
Let us tell you that in the ranking of startups released by the Department of Industry Promotion and Internal Trade of the country, which has been released under the title Startup Ranking-2021, Kerala, Maharashtra, Odisha and Telangana are in the category of top performers. An interesting thing is that in terms of population, Uttar Pradesh, the largest state of India, has been kept in the status of Leaders State. Apart from Uttar Pradesh, Assam, Punjab, Tamil Nadu and Uttarakhand have been given place in this list. At the same time, Delhi, Chhattisgarh, Madhya Pradesh and Rajasthan are in the aspiring leaders category.
According to the Startup Ranking-2021, the states have been ranked on the basis of 26 action points related to the startup ecosystem. The performance percentile of Gujarat and Karnataka was 100. In the startup rankings, Bihar and Andhra Pradesh have been placed in the Emerging Startup Ecosystem category.
