SP’s fight with another colleague

In Uttar Pradesh, the Samajwadi Party has had an alliance with all the parties except the BJP and there has been a fight with all the parties except one Rashtriya Lok Dal. Think, there are a dozen parties in Uttar Pradesh and Samajwadi Party has coordinated with almost all the parties. He had contested the 2017 assembly elections in alliance with the Congress and after losing there was such a tussle that SP chief Akhilesh Yadav no longer wanted to talk to Congress leaders. Similarly, the SP contested the 2019 Lok Sabha elections by aligning with the BSP, but only after the election, there was a dispute between the two. The controversy escalated to such an extent that when SP’s colleague Omprakash Rajbhar suggested that SP should reconcile with BSP in the next election, Akhilesh was so furious that he fought with Rajbhar.

Rajbhar’s Suheldev Bharatiya Samaj Party fought with the BJP in the 2017 elections and with the SP in 2022. They want the SP and BSP to reconcile. On this suggestion, Akhilesh got furious and said that SP does not need anyone’s advice. Targeting Rajbhar, he said that he should do whatever he wants to do. So, now the relationship with them is also going to end. Another former ally of SP, Nishad Party has also gone with the BJP and Akhilesh’s uncle Shivpal Yadav’s party has also moved away from SP. Recently, there was a dispute with the Mahan Dal in the Legislative Council elections and that too got separated from the SP. So, the SP has had a fight with all the small and big parties like Congress, BSP, Nishad Party, Suheldev Bharatiya Samaj Party, Mahan Dal. Now only one ally is left, RLD, whose leader Jayant Chaudhary was given a Rajya Sabha seat by the SP in the past.
